Getting a paper jam error on a Lexmark MX721 of 647.84. There is no paper anywhere in the machine, have replaced the Fuser and imaging unit but the error still remains. Have tried looking for a service manual but unlike HP printers, none are available anywhere on the web to find out the exact error code meaning.
