Hi I am working on a Canon C5240 and it prints but I get an error for scanning/ copying E227-0101
Says 24v power supply error check connections or replace psu...
I don't know where to start does anyone have a maintenance manual for the C5240 or what to do to fix this issue?
Basically need to know if its directly located by the power connection on the back or which doors/ panels to remove to unplug all connections and replace the power supply.
Any suggestions or help?

24V port is OFF when the power of DADF is turned ON. 1. Connection error between the DADF Driver PCB (PCB1) and the Reader Controller PCB (PCB1). 2. Connector disconnection/open circuit of the Reader Power Supply. 3. Failure of power supply.
