Canon Imagerunner C3525i horizontal black lines (only) on trailing edge of paper

I'm a little stumped, I had replaced the ITB, thinking it was the cleaning blade, and the black photodrum. it's very faint lines going with the 'grain' of printing that could be residual toner? I ordered a secondary transfer roller (I had kind of forgotten they are supposed to be ordered as a set), hoping this resolves it,
I ran all auto-cleaning procedures, and tried the density and 'colorometer' settings, I didn't save the changes, but it didn't really affect it, it was coming up from -4 to -6 only,
anyone?
