my printer was working fine when i lasted used it but when I turned it on tonight it brought up an error saying SERVICE ERROR B200. I have tried taking out power cord and usb cable and waiting 30 mins and re plugging them but nothing happened, tried cleaning print head didn't work all that is happening is get message and my green and orange lights flash 10 times in row has short break then flashes 10 times again, can anyone please tell me what is wrong and what I have to do to fix it as I said it has been working great without any problems until now, Thanks

Call the after sell serivice, They can tell how to deal with it, and if it still can not solve, ask they to repair for you

Thanks for the help but I have found out that the printer is dead and not worth fixing as cheaper to get new one, Thanks again
