Canon Laser Printer Question - Model C355IF

I have a Canon Laser Printer model C355IF.
I'm printing using a file with an embedded PCL command.
I believe I have the correct driver for PCL printing (according to Canon).
The report I'm printing prints fine except the printer is printing 0001 in large font in all 4 corners and the center of every page. Cannon has been useless in helping figure this out. Has anybody seen this before and any ideas on how to make it STOP??
