Hello all,
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
I have a Canon MB2320 printer and it was working fine until today it started giving me this Error Code B504.
I manually changed my black ink and yellow ink and it did not have any effect.
I also tried resetting the internal settings and also I tried pulling the plug while it was still on and pressing the power button five times for a reset, but that didn't do anything either.
For a few days before this error code it was printing sort of blotchy all over the place sometimes.
I do use 3rd party inks because they were cheaper, I have been using this printer and 3rd party inks for three years with no problems until today.
Please if anyone could assist in how to repair this.
