Canon MF750 compatible cartridges (CRG-069)

Hi

I am just about to purchase a Canon MF752CDW color laser printer, but I am a bit wary about the lack of compatible Canon 069 toner cartridges.
All I can see is a bunch of Romanian websites selling toner powder bags, but not a single compatible cartridge.

Is there any know reason why these are still not available anywhere? I would not like to spend the money on a printer I can't use compatible toner cartridges with.
