I wanted to print a sheet with text, but the text was dreadful.
I started the cleaning software, printed the testpage, but the PGBK line was very bad. After another cleaning cycle, the PGBK line on the new testpage was gone.
I put a new cartridge (I use alternativ cartridges) with the chip from the old cartridge, but the problem stayed the same.
The PGBK line on the testpage was gone (=upper line).
I cleaned the printhead with a selfmade solution, pumped the solution through the PGBK nozzle, but nothing changes.
I then put another cartridge with incorporated chip but had the same result.
I always get a testpage with perfect colorlines, but no PGBK line.
Can anyone helps me.
