Hi everyone hows it going,

Troubles with printer again not destined to have a printer

Printer was working fine connecting to our Internet via WPS until our Internet here in the UK went out down with our supplier Virgin. They then had to change the band of the router now there is 2G and 5G. now the printer will not connect. Tried resetting it no luck.

Any ideas?

log into your router
192.168.0.1 in your web browser
password should be on a sticker on router
then navigate router menu either disable 5g or prioritise 2g
all routers are the same but different if you know what i mean
virgin may have a help page or even tech help messaging for your issue
i think this issue is common problem
canon may also have tech support on this

log in to your router and make sure wps is turned on (enabled)
you could try using mobile phone app
canon print app
apple also has one
