Brother HL-4570CDW does not always recover from sleep mode

My one year old HL-4570 CDW printer (connected by LAN) is left in the sleep mode for three days will not recover when a print job is sent to the printer, I have to switch the power off/on then for the next two days it prints normally. What have setting have I got wrong?
