The Magenta nozzle of my printer is blocked. I have cleaned the nozzle several times and deep cleaned twice, but it remains blocked. What do I do, please?
I should add that for the past two years I have been using non-proprietary ink cartridges from LxTek. So far I have not had a problem, they have worked well. If I replaced the cartridges with genuine Canon ones, would the problem be easier to solve?
