Canon MP 520 wont print

Have a Canon Mp 520 Printer error message 5100 Printer will not function. Tried all the appropriate options in the help menu. Turn off and on, Reset ink Counter. Checked paper path for obstructions ( as far as I can see without dis assembly). Lights flashing green orange..... green orange Pause........... green orange....green orange etc. Anyone have any tips to fix this issue?
