canon mp190 printer error code 5010,

Hello,
Has anyone run across Error Code 5010? I was installing my CanonPixama Mp190 printer
and this error came up when I tried to print a image from my computer. I have
never had this happen before when I installed a printer. All the printers I have
installed before worked fine. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very
thankful for your help

Could be due to the ribbon cables from the scanner being loose. Try checking that.
