I have a canon MP258 printer and I kept getting this e14 error. I tried to do the counter reset manually n through the service,it doesn't clear the error. But when I test to print using the service tool,it can print. When I tried to print through the normal,it doesn't allow me to do so. I've tried reinstalling the driver,doesn't work.
So please help.
