Canon Pixma IX5000 Nightshots printing

Good afternoon, I have a Canon Pixma IX5000 and in the past few day I am trying to print a nightshot. I changed ICC profiles printer settings etc etc to whatever possible but this keeps happening:

The print on Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl (But I also tried Fuji Glossy and so on to make sure its not the paper) comes out beautiful and when I let is sit for like 5 - 10 minutes the colours dark-green and blue in the darker part of the print start to appear more and more and finally end up all solid colour with no details.

Does anyone have experienced the same or does anyone know what to do?
