Canon Pixma iX6850 Printing White Horizontal Line

Hi,

I have a Canon Pixma iX6850 and when I'm printing an A3 sheet it's one horizontal white line in the same place every time I try.

I have run a clean and test sheet came out perfectly so really not sure what the problem is!

The card I am printing on is 300gsm smooth and I have tried to change media type to see if this makes a difference but can't find anywhere to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey, it was a long time ago but i think i played around with the setting and i set the printer to a slow mode/fine printer mode soemthing like that and that fixed it - hope that helps
