Canon Pixma MP550

I've just bought a new printer, like the title of this message already mentioned: A Canon Pixma MP550. But when I print a photo on the special photopaper, it always has a somewhat blue shine (black and white photo's turn blue, brown colors get a blue shine over them). Does somebody has a solution for this, so I can print the real colors?

Thanks for your response, but what does the paper size has to do whit de correct colors?
