While I have not managed to get thru to Canon yet, people have posted that Canon informed them that they will not develop drivers for this printer. The Canon site says that 8.1 may work with as yet unknown limitations. The problem seems to be that the scan function won't work with 10. I recently replaced the print head with complete success. I was unable to find a replacement with equal specs and versatility. I really like this printer and don't want to replace it, if possible. Microsoft has been hounding me to upgrade from 7 to 10 and I am now on the waiting list. Has anybody dealt with this problem yet?
