We have two printers purchased about the same time one is a MG6450 and the other a MG5650. Both of them are now showing a B200 fault code and have stopped working completely.
Not sure if they have had a recent software update. Suspicious.
Hi Rambo I just read your thread as I have a Pixma that I use for printing discs. Although mine is an IP4700 and I don't think that error code applies ( no lcd screen to show codes on) I looked up the error out of interest and found that there are quite a few sites with instructions on how to clear this code. Toms Hardware in particular seems to have had success judging from the positive replies they have. Apologies if you already know all this
