Canon Printing Wavy Lines and Blurry

I have a Canon Pixma MX410 and it just started printing strange. If I print a document, it comes out all fuzzy like a blurry photo. If I use the copy function to photocopy a page from a book, it prints everything in wavy lines that look slightly smudged. I have tried all of the printer cleaning options (cleaning, deep cleaning, roller cleaning, bottom cleaning) and all of the print alignment options including the automatic alignment and the 'do it yourself' alignment where you choose which line looks the best and enter in a number value. I cleaned the print cartridges and everything seems fine. I have no idea why it started doing this or how to stop it.
