Canon Pro-4000s Corrupted Paper Information - (*.amb) File Needed

While creating a new media on my printer the paper information file was corrupted
and as a result I can no longer load paper rendering the printer unusable.
If anyone has a Pro-4000s and is familiar with Canons Media Configuration Tool I'd be
in your debt if you could create a backup (.amb file) and forward it to me.
