I'm working with a Canon Selphy CP800 on my desktop. When I decide to print something from light room the printer itself shuts off. I do not have the same kind of issue when I am printing with the printer from my laptop.
Canon rep over the phone said that there was a setting within my bios that is turning the printer off. I have never heard of this before as a reason as to why the printer will not work with my desktop. Does anyone have any clue what this might be referring to.. if there is actually a 'setting' within my bios that is affecting this?
