Canon Solutions Menu - Scan doc/photo stopped working after power outage

    Hi, I use a Canon pixma MP620. The printer is working fine. I was in the middle of saving a pdf in the Scan Document/Photo tab of the Canon Solutions program when we lost power. Now when I click the Scan Doc/photo, nothing happens - that part of the program won't open its window. I reinstalled the MP620 drivers, reinstalled the entire Canon Solutions disk and still no joy. Does anyone have any other ideas of what could be wrong? Thanks!
