Canon TS705a printing wrong colours

I'm using edible inks in a Canon TS705a and whilst I'm aware that some colours may print in different shades to what I see on the screen, I wasn't expecting completely different colours. An image that is purple and pink on screen is printing blue and red. I've tried amending the image in a photo editor before printing (contrast, brightness, ambiance etc) but all it does is print different shades of blue and red.

I've run the cleaning cycle and the cartridges are full.
Any advice as at the moment, I feel like I've wasted my money
