Can't print envelopes

I have an ET-2760 and I can't get it to print business size (#10) envelopes. I change the paper setting to #10 envelopes but when I try to print it comes out blank!

I offer this in hopes it may somehow help:

How to print envelope on HP M254dw in LibreOffice on Mint 20
New text doc
insert, envelope
fill in info...
format tab - #10 envelope
printer tab – print from top
setup: properties: paper: ENV 10, landscape, off, tray1
OK
New Document (to get preview and correct formatting)
remove second page if there is one.
