Want to run CD LabelPrint on Pixma MX850. Have done the US to EUR modification as shown on damnprinter.com. But CD LabelPrint won't run on my WIndows 7 (64 bit). Version I have installed is 1.4.1. Actually it DOES run--I can see it for about 3 seconds in Task Manager, but then it goes away before ever getting anything on screen. Tried compatibility modes, no luck.
Some say I need to install the Canon add-on for improved inkjet functionality. File aomwin200ea24us.exe. But that file will not install --it says "printer cannot be found".
I should mention that I HAVE been able to get a trial version of acoustica label maker to work, just can't get CANON'S OWN label program to run. Would like to hear from anyone who's had this problem and has been able to solve it.
