CLX 6260FW banding

Hi, need help with my printer, any idea what component could be causing these light color bands (you can see them at the bottom of the image attached)? They are consistent across all colors, and swapping out a single toner with a brand new one did not solve the problem. I tried cleaning the transfer belt but it doesn't seem to have anything obvious on the film indicating that its causing the issue.
