Duplex printing issues with CLX-6260FW

Hi
We are using a CLX-6260FW Printer in our small office. So far so good, but when printing a text document (PDF or a Word-Doc.) in duplex mode, the text on the backside of each page is 1 cm moved to the bottom. Page 1 is ok, page 2 moved 1cm, page 3 is ok, page 4 is moved 1 cm.
When printing the same document on other printers, everything looks great. We've got the newest drivers and firmware and tried many different settings.
any other ideas what I can try?
