Hi All,\n\nI know this is usually something very simple but I cannot seem to find it. I have configured duplex on the device printing to the printer, on the web configuration page and on the printer settings on the print server (Device settings -> installable options -> Duplex Unit for 2 sided printing -> installed). Also, we have not changed anything it just stopped one day. The only thing I can think is that it is due to not using the designated HP supply. Is this a firmware update that has essentially bricked our printer unless we use their toner or am I missing something obvious.\n\nMany thanks for any suggestions that can be thrown my way.
