My printer has suddenly stopped printing magenta. It still had 20% of the toner left and will usually print all the way down until it fades but this time it just completely stopped printing magenta. I called HP and they said almost 100% it's simply a toner that's gone bad and to replace it. Well $100 later a brand new magenta toner and same result. See below, magenta toner reports 100% capacity but no magenta color.
Any idea what this could be and if it's repairable? I've done the cleaning page, factory reset and replaced the toner. HP tech support is not very helpful they tell me it's better just to buy a new printer now after I've wasted $100 that they won't refund.
