Colour Management on an ET-8850

Hi, can anyone tell me how to improve the colour quality of my prints?
I'm using a MacBook Pro, with Monterey 12.2 OS
my settings are Epson Photo Matte Paper - with best settings
Is there anywhere within in the setup I can alter the saturation
Any help would be much appreciated
