Colour printing: Fonts are blurred. B/W printing: Fonts are sharp

Dear all,

I have a printing problem and do not know what the cause is.

Initial situation:
- Affinity Publisher 2.2.1
- and also Apple Pages 13.2
- macOS Ventura 13.5.2
- Printer Ricoh NRG IM C300

Problem:
- When I print the document in colour, the fonts are blurred.
- When I print the same document in black and white, the fonts are sharp.
- The problem occurs with Affinity Publisher as well as with Apple Pages.

What could be the problem?
I am happy for any advice.

it could be that at least one of your heads/drumm is not aligned but it could be numerous other things also. if you could provide a little bit more specifics im sure someone here could help
