When using MS Publisher and printing our newsletter, we are getting charged as if all pages are colour. We are on a maintenance plan with a company who charge by page. The toshiba is recording all pages in the counters as colour. Only the first page is colour, the rest black & white. Is there a way around this ?
As an example , Colour is charged at almost 10 x the rate of B&W.
