Colour won't print.. New cart G95

Hi,

I have a G95 Multiprint/scan/fax and I have not used it in a while.

Now I place 2 new carts in and only the black shows.

Have done 'Align cartrs' a few times and also 'Clean' and get black fine, but still no color.

Any suggestions please?
