Copying different scale drawing from A4 to A3

I have some drawing that are 1:87 scale and I want to print them out at 1:64 on A3 size paper. I have a brother MFC-J4710DW printer. When I try to print out The printer reverts back to Tray 1 and prints out A4. I set it to use tray #2 with A3 paper in it It keeps doing this. Where am I going wrong.
