photocopying problem with my kyocera taskalfa 5501i

when I do the photocopying the first paper is ok but when it come to the 2nd paper the error code appears "JAM 9700"

it says open conveyer guide and check D1.......however after checking through no paper jam is found.... so can any body tell me what actually this problem is????
