Can't install new HP toner cart. in Laserjet pro 118dw. Seats in printer but just makes clicking sounds when reboot printer.
Remove and replace with old cart and it works fine. Have tried 2 new HP carts and same results.Tried every HP phone number and web site with same results of going back to beginning. Catch 22in all it's glory. Can anyone help me???
