Curved Text Canon CD-Label

Mac OSX 10.6.8 Canon CD-LabelPrint 1.8.1

Crap software .. but, that's another thing ....

Manual says that curved text can be made

"... When you select text, a red point appears in the center.

Step 2

When you move the cursor to the red point, the cursor changes to an arrow. Drag vertically, then the text will be placed in a circular shape...."

Problem is .. two GREEN corner dots appear which are for rotation ... NO red dot/point appears in the centre of a text box ....


any ideas or workrounds .. tried using key combo's ....

Hi Dutchie
I am sure you are sorted by now but I am keen to make my first post on this forum!
The red spot really is in the centre of the box IE if you drew lines corner to corner , crossing in the centre that is where it should be. Trouble is it can get mixed up with your text.
Unfortunately the Canon print disc software leaves a lot to be desired !

I did get sorted .. but it is the most frustrating, Non-Mac piece of software it has EVER been my misfortune to have to use .....
