Can anyone help with the installation of drivers for my DCP-J315W printer?
I have downloaded the full suite from the Brother website, extracted the files, clicked on the installation file, accepted the "allow app to make changes" then nothing happens! I have added the printer in Windows and Windows has installed the printer driver and the printer works. I do not have the scanner or any Control Centre or Utilities app and my scanner says "not connected" when the press the key on the unit. Brother support says there is no Control Centre App and I now need to use Microsoft Paint for Scanning.
I have installed the Brother suite several times on Windows 10 with no problems so any help on how to proceed would be appreciated.
