Have this printer for at least 6 years with no problems - stopped printing - uninstalled and reinstalled - printer prints connection ok - using Wifi, PC W11 recognizes the printer but indicates error - with no hints about where the problem is - spent about an hour and a half on phone with MSN tech support as I am using MSN office and thought it might be a problem with an update - MSN says it looks like a Brother issue. I am a senior with limited computer knowledge. Tried installing the printer on my wife's new W11 PC - same issue- Brother Canada does not offer telephone # that I can locate - Any ideas please
