I bought a new printer Brother DCP T220. I've been trying to install the drivers since hours to no avail.
The device shows up in 'printers&scanners' under scanners list but not under printers list. It also shows under printers in device manager. However it doesn't show when I try to print something. In the 'iprint&scan' software, the device is detected and scan option works, but the print option shows error saying "printer driver required".
I've tried uninstalling the drivers, clean rebooting, and installing them again (I only plugin the printer when prompted by the drivers installation software). None of it seems to work. Please help me find a solution.
