Deleting Printer Drivers HL-L2340DW

The driver won't allow 2 sided printing. Spoke with Brother support without solving problem. I think I need to delete old driver and replace with new. Brother's removal tool does not work. Using remove device in windows does not work. When I try to load a new driver I get a message that the driver is already installed.
Pretty frustrating. Anyone know how to delete driver manually?

I had the same situation with my Brother DCPT220 device and uninstalled the driver to fix the issue. So, if you want you can follow the below steps to completely uninstall the driver from your device and then reinstall it on your device.

• Go to the Start menu Devices and Printers.
• Then, look for your Brother printer option and right-click on it to Remove the device.
• If you see any prompt to confirm your action then choose the Yes option and wait for the removal to complete.

You can also clear the cache of the printer to completely remove the driver from your device. It would be helpful to get the help of the independent platforms that provide the assistance to resolve the issue.
