DELL 2145cn keeps jamming in the same spot

Hey everyone,

I have a Dell 2145cn printer. When I try to copy or print anything, the printer gets jammed.
The message shown on screen is "Paper Jam 2."

I clear the jam, and try to print something else, but the jam occurs in the same place.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas or tips?
