Dell 2155cdn color shifted help

Hello.

Having an issue with the color on our dell 2155cdn. None of the colors are aligned and are completely offset.

Things I've tried:
Color reg auto correct - didn't work.
Printing out color reg chart and manually entering numbers - didn't work.
Contacted tech support with Dell - printer is out of warranty (needless to say they didn't help)

Anyone have any experience with this problem or advice on correcting this issue?
