We have a Dell 3100cn printer that we have had since 2006. All of a sudden I'm having problems when trying to print photographs. If I take the time to reduce the resolution of the picture to the smallest size available, I can print. However just trying to print the pic as it is received is unsuccessful. I hate to have to buy memory for a printer this old. Just thought I'd try and troubleshoot with you first.
We use to be able to print pics all the time with no problem. I'm not sure if the problem is related to the higher resolution pics that people are taking with their smart phones, or if it is attributable to something else.
Do you have any suggestions as to what I should try and do to rule out other issues first, before I try to see if Dell will help?
