We use a Dell 3333dn printer at work and all of the functions work fine. However, profiles cannot be saved to he printer when scanning documents. Every time we want to scan a document, we have to load a utility manually or access the scanner via IP address.
After we load the profile to scan, the profile disappears after it has been utilized. Anybody know why?
