Hi chaps, as the title, this happened after a paper jam, and I pulled the paper out backwards slowly. When the printer was switched back on, the cartridge was at the opposite site to its docking station, then when I hit the paper feed button it shot across at very high speed and stopped at the other end with a large thud. I can manually move the cartridge to its docking station, however the same thing happens when hitting the feed button. There is no attempt to print at all from the cartridge. Any help please?
