Any idea on how to clear/resolve the error message on printer which indicates:

There is a problem with the printhead. Please consult users guide.

I tried troubleshooting and removing the entire printedhead and this did not resolve the issue

I tried wiping the printhead with a cloth and this did not resolve the issue.

I unplug/turned off the printer and then plugged back in and turned printed on, and this also didn't resolve issue.

I am lost on how to resolve this and was hoping I may receive some suggestions
