device not recognized

hi can anyone help me solve this mystery. i have a a2 uv flatbed epson printer. i have tried installing driver, but whenever i connect USB wire the computer displays usb device connected is not recognized. i've changed usb wires,but the message keeps popping up. as long as it continues, definitely the driver can't be installed. i need your advice. tanks

Install driver first and then connect USB cable. Be sure driver is correct version for your operating system. i.e.: windows XP, Win 7 or Win 10 etc. Regards
