Epson 215 - EPSON Printer Utility on Mac OSX El Capitan (10.11)

Hi there,
I have an Epson-215 which I am printing to from my Mac Book Pro running OSX El Capitan. I've just changed the cartidges, and the nozzles need cleaning - however the application under "Printers & Scanners > Epson 215 > Options & Supplies" doesn't show any option to clean the nozzles and I have no "EPSON Printer Utility" in the Applications folder (as mentioned here: https://www.epson.co.uk/viewcon/corporatesite/products/mainunits/faq/1701/12299)

Can anyone suggest how I can get the utility or another way I could clean the nozzles please?
